cut, aged meat along with our hands-on, slow smoked process.
Experience the difference!
We
will supply you with everything that you will need to serve
from 10-1000. For guests of 40 or more, we will bring our
self-contained party rig to your event, which includes; smoker,
grill, party lighting, and optional satellite radio with your
choice of over 80 stations of continuous music.
We
provide all staff for the event
and serve you and your guests for 1 1/2 hours. Custom menus
are also available.
Pricing is for catering within 10 miles of Charleston.
We will travel the globe to meet your needs.
Surcharges may apply for longer trips.
